Products are ordered by the case and, as a rule, there is no minimum order.
Delivery or collection
We deliver abroad with our own transport once the goods and transport have been paid in advance, or you can collect with your own transport. In Bucharest and the surrounding area within 1–2 calendar days.
Storage and quality
Goods are stored in our two warehouses in Petrăchioaia (Ilfov), Romania, and in our warehouse in Turkey, in line with the hygiene and food safety rules of our quality management system.
Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver abroad?+
Yes. We deliver abroad with our own transport once the goods and transport have been paid in advance, or you can collect your order with your own transport. Within Romania we deliver nationwide with our own fleet.
How long does delivery take?+
For international orders, it depends on the destination. Within Romania, orders for Bucharest arrive within 1–2 calendar days; elsewhere it depends on the area, but goods usually arrive within the same week the order is placed.
Is there a minimum order?+
As a rule, there is no minimum order, especially if you collect the goods with your own transport. Products are ordered by the case.
Do you also work with restaurants and hotels?+
Yes, we also work with HoReCa customers.
Can I collect the goods from you directly?+
Yes. At our sales point in the Doraly complex (Pavilion N, stand no. 7, Afumați, Ilfov) you will find our full range and can collect your order directly, Monday to Saturday, 09:00–17:00.
Do you sell to private individuals?+
No. We work exclusively with businesses. In Romania, our products are available in our partners’ shops across the country.
